You or the site monitor have the capability to order additional supplies for a site through ICOPhone™. This is especially useful if a site is a very high or very fast enroller. This can include double-blind drug supplies or bulk supplies.

ICOPhone™ helps to lower trial costs with drug inventory management capabilities. Our systems allocate drug on an as needed basis, keeping sites stocked with only the amount they need based on patient enrollment. This feature is especially critical in trials with drug shortage or high manufacturing costs. Drug shipments can be done as needed, and our systems allow for global tracking and monitoring of supplies.

Will your study drug expire before the end of the trial? If so, ICOPhone™ will ensure a seamless transition to the new drug supply. All sites will remain adequately stocked and expired drug will no longer be allocated to subjects.

Sites and distribution centers can manage their inventory of bulk supplies using ICOPhone™. Bulk supplies can include anything that is required for a trial: open-label drug, single-blind drug, syringes, inhalers, glucose meters and strips, etc. ICOPhone™ can set limits on order quantities and allow you to see supply levels at each site.
