Alison's nmsee5 for summarizing NONMEM output:
This tip is to remind users of a free utility written by Alison
Boeckmann
for summarizing NONMEM output. The code for this utility,
nmsee5.for, and
instructions are available at:
To use the utility, compile the fortran code to create the
executable
nmsee5.exe, e.g.:
c:\nmv\run> df nmsee5.for
Then redirect the result file of a NONMEM or PDx-Pop run to
the nmsee5.exe
program:
c:\nmv\run> nmsee5 < 101.res
The output will be sent to the console and look something
like this:
