Note: All cancellations must be in writing and be received at ICON Development Solutions by August 16, 2008. Registrants who do not cancel by this date and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. You may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time. Please notify ICON Development Solutions of any such substitutions as soon as possible. Cancellations received in writing on or before this date will receive a refund amount of the registration fee paid minus $200.

As a departure from our traditional workshop format, each workshop participant will be required to bring a laptop with licensed copies of NONMEM version VI and PDx-Pop version 2.0 software installed.
