Study Start-Up
Study Start Up – Our project activities are focused on providing high quality beginning with development of appropriate materials, including a Project Management Plan, a Communication Plan, Site Management Plan, recruitment of a Scientific Advisory Board and other initiation activities to be discussed at the Kick-off meeting. Key program specifications, timelines, data collection forms and reporting are all covered at the initiation of a project.
